PROJECT DESCRIPTION: 

Phase II of the Model Block project commenced in June 2018 and was completed in April 2019 when the CRA contributed $12,817 as a match to funding provided by the City of Boynton Beach for road improvements and underground utilities on NW 11th Avenue. The BBCRA-owned vacant properties located on NW 11th Avenue were transferred to the City to facilitate the redevelopment process of this project.
