The Boynton Beach CRA, in partnership with the City of Boynton Beach, is thrilled to introduce the Coastal Cruiser – your new go-to for convenient, eco-friendly transportation.

The new rideshare service, which will be provided through Circuit, will feature four EV vehicles – two Kia Niro and two GEM cars – and be available on-demand within the designated service area.

With the Coastal Cruiser, you will enjoy:

What is the Coastal Cruiser?

The Coastal Cruiser is more than just a ride - it's a sustainable solution to your transportation needs. Our fleet of electric vehicles will seamlessly transport you throughout the service area, connecting key destinations from the Heart of Boynton to Downtown Boynton Beach, and along the Federal Highway corridor.

Where is the service available?

The ride-share service will operate within two distinct zones in eastern Boynton Beach, strategically chosen to cover key areas and popular destinations along East Ocean Avenue, Seacrest Boulevard, Federal Highway, and the surrounding areas.  Whether you're heading to work, running errands, or enjoying leisure activities at the Boynton Harbor Marina, the Coastal Cruiser will be there to provide seamless transportation within these designated zones.

Are you tired of circling the lot to find parking at Oceanfront Beach Park? With the Coastal Cruiser, parking headaches are a thing of the past. Simply park your car at one of our free public parking lots in downtown and request a ride to the beach via the Circuit app. It's hassle-free, convenient, and best of all – it's environmentally friendly.

What are the hours of operation?

Sunday - Thursday: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Friday and Saturday: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM

How much do rides cost?

The ride-share service is designed to meet the needs of our community, offering competitive pricing that makes getting around eastern Boynton Beach easier than ever before.

Zone 1 Rides: Starting at just $1 per rider, our Zone 1 rides provide access to a wide range of destinations within the designated area. Whether you're commuting to work, running errands, or meeting friends, you can count on the service to get you there without breaking the bank.

Zone 2 Rides: Rides in Zone 2 start at only $2 for the first rider, and $1 for each additional rider. If you’re venturing out for a fun day at the beach, the affordability and convenience of the Coastal Cruisers makes hitching a ride to Oceanfront Park a breeze.

Need a free place to park-and-ride?

Can't find beach parking at Ocean Front Beach Park? Park for free and request a ride on the Coastal Cruiser from one of the following public parking lots: 

• 115 N. Federal Highway
• 129 E. Ocean Avenue
• 130 E. Boynton Beach Boulevard
• On-street parking along E. Ocean Avenue, NE 4th Street

Are ADA accessible vehicles available?

Absolutely! We are committed to providing inclusive transportation options for all members of our community. 

When booking a ride through the app, simply indicate your need for an ADA accessible vehicle in the special instructions section. Circuit will ensure the appropriate accommodations are made for your journey, allowing you to travel comfortably and safely to your destination.
