The Boynton Beach CRA is governed by the CRA Board which is comprised of the five elected officials of the City of Boynton Beach Commission.

Regular CRA Board Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:00 PM in City Chambers located in City Hall at 100 E. Ocean Avenue, Boynton Beach, FL 33435. 

The Boynton Beach CRA Advisory Board is a volunteer Board comprised of seven individuals at the appointment the City Commission that will make recommendations on the programs, activities, and funding issues affecting the implementation of the CRA Plan. Advisory Board Meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month at 6:30 PM in City Chambers located in City Hall at 100 E. Ocean Avenue, Boynton Beach, FL 33435.
