Vicki Hill joined the BBCRA team in 2010 as the Finance Specialist and was promoted to Finance Director in June 2017. She worked for the School Board of Broward County, FL for 15 years and her last position held was as a Construction Auditor. She is also a Gulf War Veteran of the United States Navy. 

Vicki is a graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University where she has her B.A. in Organizational Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management and she holds a Master's Degree in Business. Vicki serves as Treasurer for the Delray Beach Community Land Trust, a member of the Board of Directors for the Delray Beach American Baseball League, is the Sunset Park Home Owner's Association President and is the Finance Treasurer for the North Broward County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
