Theresa Utterback joined the BBCRA in 2009. As the Development Services Manager, Theresa's responsibilities include BBCRA property acquisitions, management of various development projects and property  maintenance. Previous professional background includes paralegal assistance to William H. Lefkowitz, Esq. and assistance to CFP of Burger Yachts, South Florida Division. For twenty years, Theresa owned and operated two businesses, RAU, Inc., a commercial development/management firm and Island Art Studio, specializing in the production of custom art pieces for commercial and residential interior projects. Prior to joining the BBCRA, Theresa services as the project/operating manager of RDCB, Inc. , a privately held construction firm specializing in custom designed estates.
